The UUP Upstate Medical University Chapter will be hosting the first of three monthly workshops for UUP members on Wednesday, March 26th from 12 – 1 PM in 4414A of the NAB (New Academic Building). This workshop will focus on Union Values and will be presented by our NYSUT Labor Relations Specialist, Brent Underwood. This workshop will help UUP employees and supervisors understand the why of the work, the importance of balancing the role of being an agent of management and personal values that align with the union mission and exploring strategies for incorporating union value approaches to difficult supervisory situations. There are in-person and remote (Zoom) options. Lunch will be provided for those attending in person. All UUP members are welcome.
