Chapter Elections for the June 2025 through May 2027 term will occur early next year. The calendar of events for chapter elections is:
- Mail Chapter & Affiliate Convention Nomination Forms – January 16-17, 2025
- Self-Nomination Link Live in Members Only by 9:00 am – January 16, 2025
- Chapter & Affiliate Convention Nominations Close – February 14, 2025
- Chapter Nomination Lists Posted to Web through – February 28, 2025
- Mail Chapter Elections Ballots to Address on File – March 12-14, 2025
- Chapter & Affiliate Elections Ballots due – April 18, 2025
- Count Chapter & Affiliate Elections Ballots – April 22-25, 2025**

Any UUP member wishing to run for a position may do so by write-in ballot.

All UUP elected delegates receiving 10 or more votes from chapter members become a voting member of the UUP Upstate Medical Chapter Executive Board. For every 75 UUP members of each employee category, the chapter is allotted one delegate position.
